What a chore. I’ve been looking and scouring through sites trying to find listings for available condos in downtown Raleigh.

So far I’ve been able to find the following sites and resources.

Before you even get started, if you have a pet you can forget about a condo in Raleigh.

Nonetheless, here is what I found before that was a known issue:

Still looking? Try searching google for ‘property management raleigh NC’ without quotes.
That usually turns up a lot of property management companies and they usually have listings within their site(s) of available or soon-to-be available properties.

*Note: Most of these places do NOT allow pets. F’n Nazis!

Also, beware of Barker Realty, Inc. They are HORRIBLE, they will bully you around in any and everyway they can.  In example, make you show the property you are renting from them 4 months prior to your moving out as MANY times as they can. They threatened me several times wanting to show the property upto 5 times a week.

A good management company I’ve dealt with is Rhyne Management Co. They’re very nice and have pleasant attitudes and they do not threaten you or your privacy.
